Acid tartaric là gì
Axit Tartaric là một axit hữu cơ có dạng tinh thể màu trắng, có nhiều trong thực vật. Acid Tartaric tự nhiên thu được thông qua quá trình khử kali tartaric hay canxi tartrate trong công nghiệp từ bã rượu vang và các sản phẩm phụ của rượu. Axit Tartaric tổng hợp được sản xuất từ anhydrit maleic.
